American Wine Project’s Five for Dinner

The Book Kitchen will be participating in Five for Dinner—an annual dining experience, held at American Wine Project in Mineral Point, Wisconsin. Five chefs create their own course, paired with one of American Wine Project’s wines. Each course features a different cut of a locally-raised hog, and showcases the creativity and artistry of our regional chefs, producers and farmers.
