Nordic Night

The shores of Lake Superior hold a special place in many hearts, ours included. We regularly travel to The Boundary Waters and along the way the New Scenic Cafe is a must stop (more than once)! Their food tells the story of a special place and a rich culinary heritage worthy of sharing. With exceptional presentation and a focus on little details, every experience there is extraordinary.

To celebrate the new cookbook from the New Scenic Cafe, humbly titled The Second Cookbook, we’ll craft a Nordic-themed Smorgasbord-style dinner. The buffet will include:
