Meadowlark Farm & Mill is a certified organic farm and mill in Ridgeway, Wisconsin, dedicated to producing exceptional grains while caring for the land. The Book Kitchen is proud to collaborate with the Meadowlark team on a variety of culinary projects—from hosting cooking demonstrations and classes in our kitchen to developing, testing, and refining recipes that showcase their products.

Our partnership is rooted in a shared belief that great food begins with great ingredients.
