Hosting retreats and other curated gatherings in the heart of the Driftless region

Still Point is a thoughtfully curated hospitality experience set within a beautifully restored historic home in the heart of Mineral Point, Wisconsin, in the Driftless Area. In partnership with the Still Point team, The Book Kitchen designs bespoke cooking experiences for Still Point guests that include menus that celebrate the exceptional ingredients grown, raised, and crafted by local farmers and food producers.

Our role extends beyond menu development. We thoughtfully source ingredients, collaborate with regional producers, and create dining experiences that tell the story of the Driftless through food. Guests are invited to explore the local farmers’ market, meet the people behind the ingredients, and gain a deeper appreciation for the farms, products, and traditions that shape each meal.

This collaboration embodies what The Book Kitchen does best—combining culinary expertise, recipe and menu development, and thoughtful storytelling to create meaningful food experiences. It’s where our passion for connecting people to food, farmers, and place comes full circle.
