Inspired by the book Love is a Pink Cake by Claire Ptak, we are excited to share this plated dessert class – making Poached Pear Pavlovas!
We’ll have a great time whipping meringues with that perfect mix of crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle. This dessert is all about fun textures and bright flavors that are just as enjoyable to create as they are to eat.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to:
- Whip and bake meringues
- Poaching fruit
- Dessert assembling techniques
