Join us for a special conversation with our very own Kristin Mitchell of Little Creek Press and dairy farmer and cookbook author, Inga Orth.
We’ll learn more about Inga’s inspiring journey, from her experiences as a female farmer to her PBS series Around the Farm Table, and discover the story behind her new memoir cookbook, Unpasteurized Inga, which beautifully weaves together her life, farm, and recipes.
Unpasteurized Inga is especially meaningful to The Book Kitchen. The cookbook recipes were tested at The Book Kitchen and photographed by Paul Strabbing in Mineral Point. It also features contributions from our local potters and community members. We are thrilled to celebrate this beautiful collaboration and can’t wait for you to see it and experience Inga in person!
