Join us at The Book Kitchen to expand your tasting skills and experience a unique wine tasting with Wollersheim’s next-generation winemaker, Celine Coquard Lenerz. Together, we’ll talk about how wine is made and relate it all with tasting:

  • Technical components that make up a wine
  • A variety of fruits as benchmark aromatic descriptors

 These will be tasted alongside different wines to compare and contrast the balance that can be found, and to build up our tasting “libraries”.
