Jerry’s early experiences in the food industry saw him working behind the meat counter at his family’s grocery store. There, he honed his skills and learned the ethical methods of butchering animals. This unique background equipped him with a strong foundation in the trade and a commitment to responsible food practices.

With a dedication to his craft, Jerry transitioned into becoming a professional butcher, where he spent a decade perfecting his skills and mastering the art of butchery. His expertise in handling and preparing meats made him a trusted source for quality cuts and expert advice in the local community.

In addition to his work in butchery, Jerry ventured into the world of seafood. He owned a wholesale seafood distribution company, showcasing his versatility in the food industry. This venture allowed him to expand his knowledge and offer his customers a wide variety of fresh seafood options.

Jerry resides in Schaumburg, Illinois, with his wonderful wife, Mary, and their charming daughter, Gianna Marie. Together, they continue to share their love for food and cooking, creating cherished family memories around the dining table.
