Monica Miller is a true daughter of the South, believing in its best traditions of hospitality. Thousands have enjoyed the food and events from her catering business, C’est si bon, in Tennessee and Colorado.
Monica particularly enjoys teaching and sharing with others the pleasures of Southern cuisine and hospitality. It is a passion of hers about which she has lectured at National Tea and Catering conferences in Washington and Denver.
Monica and her husband recently moved from Boulder, Colorado to Platteville where they live in a 170 year old historical home near their daughter.
