Fluffy Confections is a delightful and fun experience for kids who love chocolate and sweet treats! This class offers an opportunity for kids to learn how to make a variety of fluffy confections, including piped marshmallows, soft nougat, and whipped ganache, perfect for impressing family and friends at gatherings or enjoying a special treat.
Kids will learn how to make their own marshmallows from scratch. Piped marshmallows are light and fluffy, perfect for adding to hot cocoa or enjoying on their own. Nougat is a classic candy with a soft, chewy texture. The kids will have the chance to create their own nougat, experimenting with flavors and mix-ins. Ganache is a rich and creamy chocolate mixture. Melissa will teach kids how to make a whipped ganache, which can be used for various chocolate creations, such as truffles or as a topping for desserts.
