Join us at The Book Kitchen for a hands-on Bao & Dim Sum making class inspired by Orathay Souksisavanh’s book Bao & Dim Sum. You’ll roll up your sleeves and delve into the secrets of creating fluffy Gua Bao Buns, flavorful Veggie Dim Sum, and delectable Sweet Dumplings.

From mastering the dough to perfecting the fillings, you’ll gain invaluable skills and techniques that will elevate your home cooking to new heights.


Instruction & Hands-on: A hands-on opportunity to delicious Asian cuisine from scratch with ingredients and equipment at your disposal.

Dinner Experience: After the demonstration and hands-on experience, we’ll gather around the dining table to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Plan to take your creations home to share (or not)!
