Appetizer:  Zucchini Rolls Stuffed with Ricotta, Spinach & Mozzarella Cheese with Tomato Sauce

Soup:  Celery & Pear Bisque

Salad:  Mixed Greens, Shaved Roasted Fennel, Apples & Candied Pecans with White Wine Vinaigrette

Choice of Entree*: Served with Roasted Root Vegetables & Herbs: Beets, Carrots, Parsnips, Sweet Potato, and Turnips

1) Vegetarian option:  Creamy Polenta with White Beans and Parsley Aioli with Roasted Butternut Squash, Peppers, Mushrooms.  Topped with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds.

2) Stuffed Pork Loin (Shallots, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Kale, Peppers, Rosemary & Oregano) drizzled with Balsamic Glaze and Capers served over Creamy Polenta.

Dessert:  Vanilla Ice Cream with Red Wine Reduction (fig balsamic & black pepper)
