Cupcake Buttercream Flower Centerpieces with Pastry Chef Alissa Wallers

Join Pastry Chef Alissa Wallers for a hands-on cupcake decorating class! Learn the skill of piping buttercream flowers to create stunning cupcake centerpieces. In this class, you’ll master the use of a piping bag with various tips to craft an array of delicate flowers, including roses, blossoms, and ranunculus—all made with colored buttercream.

Each participant will take home six beautifully decorated cupcakes, perfect for sharing or showcasing as a celebration centerpiece.
