Fresh Pasta from Scratch

Learn the fundamentals of fresh pasta in this hands-on class designed to build confidence and practical skills. You’ll make pasta dough from scratch while learning the role of each ingredient, how to properly mix and knead dough, and how to recognize when it has reached the ideal consistency.
The Book Kitchen team will demonstrate essential techniques, including resting the dough, rolling it, and cutting it into noodles.
Each participant will roll and shape their own pasta, learning the full process from start to finish. This class focuses on technique, helping you develop the skills needed to successfully make fresh pasta at home.
At the end of class, we’ll come together to enjoy a fresh cold pasta salad made with the noodles you’ve created.
