Growing up in the family business of Wollersheim Winery & Distillery, Céline spent her childhood running through vineyards and peering into wine tanks.
She graduated with a B.S. in Horticulture from UW-Madison and a M.S. in Enology from Cornell University. Having officially joined as the third generation of the family business in 2012, Céline makes wine, runs the lab and has the tough job of tasting every wine and spirit.
When off the clock, she can be found eating in her garden, practicing beekeeping, experimenting new recipes on her coworkers, and chasing her two children around fermentation tanks.
