Nicole imparts her culinary knowledge as the founder of The Book Kitchen, where she generously shares her skills and love for the culinary arts with students and enthusiasts, creating a bridge among her passions—food, teaching, and literature.

Nicole is also a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier International, a prestigious organization that celebrates and supports women in the food, fine beverage, and hospitality industries. She is also a founding member of the Greater Madison Chapter.
