A friend and I signed up for the bread baking course. Had a blast and met some wonderful folks in the small 5 person class! Learned a ton from Julien Otto and took some some scrummy bread to boot. Ben BiddickMay 21, 2024 What a satisfying and joyful experience, taking a Book Kitchen class on making Bao and Dim Sum. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The meal at the end of class was a sensory delight. I made the Bao at home 2 days later for a dinner party and it turned out great! Susan WallitschMay 20, 2024 I recently participated in the "All About Choux" course at The Book Kitchen and it was outstanding. I eagerly look forward to attending more classes. The educators were impressively knowledgeable and supportive, with the facilities and equipment being of premium quality, making the whole experience enjoyable. Having attended other cooking workshops at other business, I found this one to be superior due to its hands-on approach. We were able to take our creations home, which was a delightful bonus. Moreover, the session concluded with an inviting gathering around a large dining table, where we savored the dishes prepared by our instructors and had the opportunity to ask further questions. It's an enjoyable activity to do with family or friends and makes for an excellent gift idea. Andrea PMay 13, 2024 As a non-baker who had never touched a stand mixer or a pastry bag, I was a bit apprehensive about participating in All About Choux at The Book Kitchen. Watching would have been fine with me, but the experience was delightful. The two marvelous Chefs made it a fun and empowering day. They combined great professionalism and skill with encouragement, and just enough guidance make it all happen. Still can't believe I did that! Making the pizza and dessert was fun, Nicole and Krista provided us with all the knowledge and supplies.
