Hands-On Experience—Making Herbed Goat Cheese Ravioli (p. 30)

From mixing fresh pasta dough to rolling, filling, cutting, and shaping, you’ll experience the whole process of creating beautiful stuffed ravioli from scratch.

We’ll share our step-by-steps, expert tips, and troubleshooting techniques so you can master the essentials with confidence.

To finish, we’ll gather around to enjoy our handmade ravioli together—served with a simple tomato sauce.

The Book Kitchen will prepare the Asparagus with Anchovy Butter (p. 25) to go alongside the ravioli, and Maple Meringue Cookies (p.15) for dessert.
