Think you know salad? Think again! Inspired by Salad Freak—Jess Damuck’s (Martha Stewart’s very own salad chef) bold and creative approach to fresh veggies—we’re taking salads to a whole new level.
We’ll kick off with the basics: how to select the freshest greens, the best way to clean and store them, and why oils and vinegars are not created equal. Then, we’ll explore dressings, from simple vinaigrettes to complex, flavor-packed blends that transform any salad greens and veggies.
We’ll provide peak season produce from the Mineral Point Farmers’ Market, so we’ll be working with the freshest local veggies. Expect unexpected combos, crave-worthy dressings, and plenty of tastings along the way.
