Class Description
Interactive pasta-making class where you’ll make dough from scratch! You’ll learn the entire process from mixing dough to shaping your own noodles, inspired by the cookbook, Flour + Water by Thomas McNaughton.
What to Expect:
- Live Demonstration: Watch and learn as The Book Kitchen team guides you through making pasta from scratch, including dough preparation, rolling, and cutting techniques.
- Hands-On Participation: Everyone will have the opportunity to create their own pasta, ensuring they gain valuable skills and confidence.
- Dining Experience: At the end of class, we’ll come together to enjoy the fresh pasta served with a simple tomato sauce.
