Join our very own Pastry Chef Nicole Bujewski at Mount Horeb Public Library as she demonstrates a classic French pastry found in every pâtisserie in France. During the demonstration, Nicole will show how to perfect an Italian meringue, the French technique of macaronage, and a chocolate ganache filling.
During the demonstration, Nicole will provide expert tips, troubleshooting solutions, and a sample after class.
