We’ll cover essential knife skills, including the rolling technique, basic knife cuts, and precision slicing. You’ll put your new skills to the test by cutting veggies into perfect strip, dice, julienne, batonnet, and other cuts.
Then, we’ll put all that chopping to good use—together, we’ll prepare a minestrone soup and gather around the community table to share.
