Join us for a hands-on class where we’ll celebrate the bounty of summer fruits by creating a fresh fruit tart inspired by the renowned cookbook, Tartine.
We’ll begin this hands-on class by crafting the perfect tart shell from scratch and making a smooth pastry cream filling. Finally, you’ll bring the components together to create a fresh fruit tart made from scratch.
What to Expect:
- Our Pastry Chef, Nicole, will guide you through rolling and shaping the tart shell, ensuring it’s the ideal base for the pastry cream filling and fresh fruit topping.
- Enjoy a fruit tart after class with coffee and tea.
- Plan on taking your fruit tart home (Prepare to keep your tart cold if traveling long distances).
