Moosewood Cookbook Dinner

When I first became interested in cooking as a teenager, The Moosewood Cookbook was the very first one I bought. I was instantly drawn the neatly handwritten and cute illustrations by author Mollie Katzen—I just loved everything about it. Not long after, I became a vegetarian and made it my mission to cook my way through the book. I did, and I learned so much along the way.

To kick off the New Year, we’re celebrating this beloved classic with a cozy community dinner, featuring some of the best recipes from The Moosewood Cookbook.
