Get ready for a fiesta in the kitchen! Tamales are a communal event and this Cinco de Mayo, we’re making them from scratch. From mixing the perfect masa to stuffing the corn husks, you’ll learn to make Chicken Oaxaqueños or chicken tamales from Rick Martinez’s cookbook, Mi Cocina. We’ll also whip up salsa de tomatillo to go with it!
Once the tamales are hot and ready, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy. Bring your appetite, your amigos, and your enthusiasm—let’s make it a Cinco de Mayo celebration!
