Turn up the flavor this summer in our hands-on condiment class! In this skill-building class, you’ll go beyond store-bought basics and learn the techniques that make sauces and condiments truly shine. We’ll cover essential culinary foundations like flavor balance, emulsification, tempering, blooming aromatics, and safe food handling — giving you the confidence to experiment in your own kitchen.

Then it’s time to get mixing. Together, we’ll make five versatile, from-scratch staples you can use all season long: herbaceous chimichurri, mustard, classic mayonnaise with creative variations, a punchy chili paste, and a perfectly balanced French vinaigrette. You’ll leave with new skills, fresh recipes, and plenty of inspiration to elevate everything from grilled meats to simple garden vegetables.
